As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Hostupcloud. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Hostupcloud, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 45 days to issue a refund and return your product/service.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Hostupcloud is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Refund mode - we provide refund through gateway only, note that gateway take business working days!
Hostupcloud is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. All shared hosting plans are for web hosting purpose. we not allow hosting of download files like mp3, wallpaper download site, movies downloading/streaming site or bot site under our hosting. All such sites will be suspended by our server team without any prior notice
Don't Provide Free Hosting (For Reseller Users)
Don't Use Any Loan Company Name (Aditya Birala Finance or Bajaj Finance Or Any Other Finance Company Name ) In Subadomain or Don't Add Similar Company Domain Name
Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
Large collection of MP3 files and/or DVD/CD ISO Image Files
Prime Banks Programs
Forums and/or websites that distribute warez/pirated/illegal content
Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
Push button mail scripts
Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
2. Hostupcloud Does not issue any refund for domain orders under any circumstances. mean Once the domain is registered it cant be canceled or refunded.
3. Hostupcloud issues refund only 45 days from the date of purchase thereafter no refund is applicable under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation Process - You may terminate or cancel the Services from the control panel. If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the Services purchased until the end of your prepaid term.
4.Hostupcloud Does not issue any refund for Combo Plan orders or If any coupon code or Promo availed Purchase Products under any circumstances.
And no refund on long terms plans.
5. Hosting Expired
Hosting which expires and doesn't renew within 3 days from its expiry date will be terminated completely . Deleted data cant be restorable in this case and either through mail or call client will be informed .
Hostupcloud will not be responsible if client doesnt able to check mail or receive call regarding renewal.
6. Refund Not Possible Once Domain Is Verify. (Rs 1200 (16$), Verify Whmcs, Only Install) and With All Reseller Plan.
7. If user have any technical issue with our server and we are unable to resolve the issue.
8. No Refund on vps server plans and Cloud Lite Plan.
9. You can claim a refund only within 24 hours of the purchase or renewal.
10. You cannot claim a refund for the following reasons (and not limited to), After buying, you do not ‘like’ the Product. You do not have a particular reason, but you do not like it. You ‘expected’ a functionality or feature to be available in the Product and you feel it is obvious. But you feel that it is missing. Your environment is not compatible as per the requirements and because of that, there is a Defect that does not allow the Product to be used. You have mistakenly bought a wrong Product or License. You are finding it difficult to understand how to use or customize the Product. You have violated the license terms under which you have made the purchase. You have made customizations to the code and an effect of it, the Product is not behaving as expected. Due to non-functional-reasons, like response time or throughput or any other similar parameters. You buy any product from our website. You will get the code of the product which you have to develop yourself, it is your responsibility. We can’t help you with this.
11. Before going for a refund request, you should email and describe the issue you have in detail. I should be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
